knee brace

I have torn miniscus ( spl) you dont wanna wear brace its going make it weaker, the best solution was to use it.. in the begging i was damned near crippled but every since iv been biking and doing cardio like a fool, its alot looser, squats i cant do but for leg presses i use wraps on the bad knee.

So fez, I think you may be speaking canadian or maybe you're drunk. Are you saying don't use a brace but wrap it if you have too? You've got young knees though.

I wouldnt wear the brace the consistently, like for walking or ur entire workout, i wrap the knees when im doing leg press or hacks if there is pain..if there is no pain then i go without. I dont wear the wraps the entire workout
 
Yeah, I take it w/ me and I only wear it after I`ve done a few sets and start to feel it becoming stressed. I try to do all I can w/o it so I can hopefully get away from using it completely.
