KingKong's Beginers Cycle Question ?

I have yet alot to read but so much can only be taken in a bit at a time ..
ive read about TEST,DECA,DEBOL,TREN - then theres the others whos names ive forgotten already which ill go through again later that basically you use and add to a cycle to prevent boobs and pee wee penis issues as far as sex is concerned ....

I am 245 5'10 but seriously i dont want to drop no less than 225 / 230 i like this weight though it may seem strange to some ...
I will add that I havent worked out since i left the Pen 7 yrs ago , though I have a 3,000 weight gym in my garage that the wife said ,I wouldnt use and she was right . but now I really want to .
im just really messed up about the thought of growing man tits , an issue i didnt even have as a fat man , and also not being able to have sex ...
the night sweats short temper stuff ive read i can deal with cause thats been me all my life .
I sweat from having a conversation , i sleep with the window open in the cold ass winter cause of night sweats .
I explode from simple shit but with years in , ive somewhat learned to control this temper .
I basically im looking into doing this juice for maybe just that first cycle to give me a head start and see what the results will be like ....
this isnt the last of my questions and this may not all be correct so please feel free to correct me ...
any advice helps ,I also still have alot of research to do anyway

You just need to start hitting the weights and diet hard at this point man. You are not ready for anabolics. I would take this time to learn as much as you can off the board so when you drop down in weight you will be all set to start your cycle.
 
thanks those are before and after pics , atm im 245 but seriously , i dont want to be like 200 or 180 . I actually want to be at about 225 / 240 range . i just want to make this slop muscle and burn some of the fat while doing it .. does that matter ? i was never a really light skinny dude ...however I still will take your advice into consideration for sure ..
You just need to start hitting the weights and diet hard at this point man. You are not ready for anabolics. I would take this time to learn as much as you can off the board so when you drop down in weight you will be all set to start your cycle.
 
If you are carrying a lot of fat... then that's what it is... and if you have 180lbs of lean muscle under that.. then that's also what you have...

You are able to lose the chub and gain SOME muscle... but the process will be slow both ways... you are honestly best (at this point) to just concentrate on eating clean/healthy meals.. and training hard... 3 - 4 times a week with the weights... and do some cardio on off days...

The juice won't help you right now.. if you are holding too much fat.. you won't 'look' any different...

how old did you say you were again? get bloodwork done just to see where you are at, before making any decisions to supplament.

AAS will help you, but only if you are willing to live the lifestyle, and put the work in. unless the bloodwork comes out a mess (if it does see an endocrinologist or HRT doc), give yourself 6 more months of flawless diet and training, just to get into the habit of living the right lifestyle. it would be a huge waste of money and an unnecessary risk to hop on a cycle only to quit or slack.

Grab some bulk amounts of protein, ON Whey I buy in 10 lb bags, stock up on chicken, lean meats, fish, EFAs, veggies, and maybe something for energy to get you through cardio workouts and all if you need a pick me up, but thats about all you need to get things going. Find a good routine that works for you, give it some time, see where youre at then, and then reassess your standing at that time.

Spend time in the diet and weight lifting section of the site for lots of more help.

start reading the diet forums and training forums.

also look for any thread that says "cycle log" or "transformation log" or anything "log".

it will have their workouts along with questions and suggestions and alot of people include their diets in there. next time you take a shit just sit down and read through a few logs start to finish to get an idea of the training and feeding schedules

You'd honestly be good with just a Isolate protein powder to drink after training.. other then that... just eat well, and train hard...

Yeah, true enough, but again, Id rather him take a weak stim then run a gram cycle when he is nowhere near ready, yah know?

But yeah, obviously want to be careful with any stims and heart issues, good call.

no no I never had heart surgery , i had GASTRIC BYPASS which is a weight loss surgery , sorry if it was mis written or understood ..... ill get blood work done for sure but 3 months ago my blood work was fine .. however i will do again

ohhh gastric bypass. what is your diet like? if you dont have a specific diet, go make a thread in the diet forum as your absolute next step.

diet, and not just during caloric restriction, is the MOST important aspect of healthy living, be it for looks, longevity or both. one could argue your diet (in terms of food choices) is actually MORE important during a caloric surplus

So you used SHORTCUT 1: Gasteric Bypass to LOSE weight...now you want to use SHORTCUT 2: Steroids to get into better shape...at what point in your life do you MAN UP and put in the HARD WORK and research to get your life together? KK lots of good advice in this thread,I would suggest keeping a log of each exercise that way you will be more committed, as you get more advanced you may want to joing a gym for a few months i find watching people exercise seems to feed my intensity.

@djlegacy2k1 in my OWN defense I wansnt planning on taking a shortcut , but it was life or death of me or others beings though I had sleep apnea and Im a truck driver .... so yes I had to do it if i wanted to keep my license and a job. plus i didnt want to kill anyone for falling asleep behind the wheel of a rigg

2] I didnt grow up where most people do , like biggie smalls said , if you aint got a wicked jump shot you selling crack rock ., I made poor choices did my time after becoming a product of my own Environment , I will also had I been working since i was 15 in sweat boxes cause I had a kid at a young age and went to get a job , and stayed in school but part time work and going to school wasnt paying the bills and again I made poor choices .

3] im here for advice and research on something I know nothing about , other than my past has nothing to do with my track record . I think roids of any kind for anyone is pretty much a shortcut to get where you want faster , im I not right?

this guy is an idiot , really , dont take this the wrong way but / delete his post , bann him , as I mentioned in Admin cp you can prevent same ip registering . most people have static ip's and prevent using proxy's and he wont be back . unless he register from his retard school of idiots . which in that case he will only be able to log in from there .. banish him

Yeah man, for sure, I know how it goes, We are all here to help you, even me, im not trying to be mean, just stating a pattern I noticed, not trying to offend you. We will all be more than happy to help you get your diet and training in check, and then when you are READY for AAS use we will all be here to help you out there as well.

Allot of us have just been slightly hard on you because you came in with the same attitude of "looking for a shorcut" as most people do. So hopefully you spend some time here at EF and go to the diet and workout section and we can get you on track and then down the road we can offer you some help in the AAS section, just not where you need to be right now, thats all.

PS: No roids arent a shortcut for anyone that knows what they are doing, they are a way to pass their genetic linits or natual levels of where they can get after years of trying to build a great base and need help to get past that.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR REPLY ,Thank you dearly , these replies is what I was looking for im currently looking at RADARS post about how WANT TO BUILD MUSCLE & LOOSE FAT ? PLEASE READ . I sure need to get into working out period , personally you just taught me something with what i quoted from you , with Roids not being a short cut but a way to surpass what your body can handle ...

as far as activity I will certainly try as I myself im the Founder/Owner/Designer of my own forums and I be really busy trying to keep it in check . but, im surely interested in learning more , as you guys are more organized . not like when i was in the pen and you just go to the yard and lift weights and thats it ... I understand its a way of life and I want to apply this to my life .. thanks again guys

more over are simple supplements ok / whey protein ,creatine ,amino acids etc ..... I know i asked this before but if you have any input on this let me know thanks gentlemen
