So you used SHORTCUT 1: Gasteric Bypass to LOSE weight...now you want to use SHORTCUT 2: Steroids to get into better shape...at what point in your life do you MAN UP and put in the HARD WORK and research to get your life together? No one respects people that take the EASY way out on everything....Seems like youve been doing it your whole life, hell you went to jail for selling drugs instead of getting a real job. No offense I dont mean to pass judgement on someone I dont know, but it sure seems you looks for the SHORTCUT in life all the time. MAN UP!

KK lots of good advice in this thread,I would suggest keeping a log of each exercise that way you will be more committed, as you get more advanced you may want to joing a gym for a few months i find watching people exercise seems to feed my intensity.
Get plenty of protein muscles need protein to grow ,you can get them from Shakes or Food Which i'll show you in a minute, Our Sponsor ORBIT carries a whole line of Protein ,not the crap thats sold in outlet stores & GNC.

@djlegacy2k1 in my OWN defense I wansnt planning on taking a shortcut , but it was life or death of me or others beings though I had sleep apnea and Im a truck driver .... so yes I had to do it if i wanted to keep my license and a job. plus i didnt want to kill anyone for falling asleep behind the wheel of a rigg
2] I didnt grow up where most people do , like biggie smalls said , if you aint got a wicked jump shot you selling crack rock ., I made poor choices did my time after becoming a product of my own Environment , I will also had I been working since i was 15 in sweat boxes cause I had a kid at a young age and went to get a job , and stayed in school but part time work and going to school wasnt paying the bills and again I made poor choices .
3] im here for advice and research on something I know nothing about , other than my past has nothing to do with my track record . I think roids of any kind for anyone is pretty much a shortcut to get where you want faster , im I not right?

lets see I.P bann him in your ADMIN CP then under options you can disable him trying to use a proxy to register and prevent the same IP from registering twice .. if he even knows what that is .. grow up kid

this guy is an idiot , really , dont take this the wrong way but / delete his post , bann him , as I mentioned in Admin cp you can prevent same ip registering . most people have static ip's and prevent using proxy's and he wont be back . unless he register from his retard school of idiots . which in that case he will only be able to log in from there .. banish him
