KingKong's Beginers Cycle Question ?

I have yet alot to read but so much can only be taken in a bit at a time ..
ive read about TEST,DECA,DEBOL,TREN - then theres the others whos names ive forgotten already which ill go through again later that basically you use and add to a cycle to prevent boobs and pee wee penis issues as far as sex is concerned ....

I am 245 5'10 but seriously i dont want to drop no less than 225 / 230 i like this weight though it may seem strange to some ...
I will add that I havent worked out since i left the Pen 7 yrs ago , though I have a 3,000 weight gym in my garage that the wife said ,I wouldnt use and she was right . but now I really want to .
im just really messed up about the thought of growing man tits , an issue i didnt even have as a fat man , and also not being able to have sex ...
the night sweats short temper stuff ive read i can deal with cause thats been me all my life .
I sweat from having a conversation , i sleep with the window open in the cold ass winter cause of night sweats .
I explode from simple shit but with years in , ive somewhat learned to control this temper .
I basically im looking into doing this juice for maybe just that first cycle to give me a head start and see what the results will be like ....
this isnt the last of my questions and this may not all be correct so please feel free to correct me ...
any advice helps ,I also still have alot of research to do anyway

You just need to start hitting the weights and diet hard at this point man. You are not ready for anabolics. I would take this time to learn as much as you can off the board so when you drop down in weight you will be all set to start your cycle.
 
thanks those are before and after pics , atm im 245 but seriously , i dont want to be like 200 or 180 . I actually want to be at about 225 / 240 range . i just want to make this slop muscle and burn some of the fat while doing it .. does that matter ? i was never a really light skinny dude ...however I still will take your advice into consideration for sure ..
You just need to start hitting the weights and diet hard at this point man. You are not ready for anabolics. I would take this time to learn as much as you can off the board so when you drop down in weight you will be all set to start your cycle.
 
If you are carrying a lot of fat... then that's what it is... and if you have 180lbs of lean muscle under that.. then that's also what you have...

You are able to lose the chub and gain SOME muscle... but the process will be slow both ways... you are honestly best (at this point) to just concentrate on eating clean/healthy meals.. and training hard... 3 - 4 times a week with the weights... and do some cardio on off days...

The juice won't help you right now.. if you are holding too much fat.. you won't 'look' any different...
 
so looking into other things like , creatine - bcaa - protein , whats best for a starter what Creatine would best fit me ? Which BCAA should I look into ? and as far as protein which is the best , ive read about whey protein but is that the better one for me atm ?
 
how old did you say you were again? get bloodwork done just to see where you are at, before making any decisions to supplament.

AAS will help you, but only if you are willing to live the lifestyle, and put the work in. unless the bloodwork comes out a mess (if it does see an endocrinologist or HRT doc), give yourself 6 more months of flawless diet and training, just to get into the habit of living the right lifestyle. it would be a huge waste of money and an unnecessary risk to hop on a cycle only to quit or slack.

Grab some bulk amounts of protein, ON Whey I buy in 10 lb bags, stock up on chicken, lean meats, fish, EFAs, veggies, and maybe something for energy to get you through cardio workouts and all if you need a pick me up, but thats about all you need to get things going. Find a good routine that works for you, give it some time, see where youre at then, and then reassess your standing at that time.

Spend time in the diet and weight lifting section of the site for lots of more help.

start reading the diet forums and training forums.

also look for any thread that says "cycle log" or "transformation log" or anything "log".

it will have their workouts along with questions and suggestions and alot of people include their diets in there. next time you take a shit just sit down and read through a few logs start to finish to get an idea of the training and feeding schedules

from his other thread dude mentioned he has heart surgery a few years back so maybe messing with preworkout energy supplaments arnt a good idea.
