I just started the Keto diet, but i have a problem..
starting this monday i'll be in summer school from 8:15am to 1:00pm.. now thats a long time to go without eating, so i was wondering, could somebody give me some examples of some ( cheap ) under 7 carbs snack?
and high in fat.
