keeping 99% of the gains?

low dosage, my body responds to gear very well.
350-400mg/week NPP
300mg/week of test prop

as for everyone else, thanks for the input, i know im not gonna keep 99% of the gains, i was reffering to that at this moment i HAVE kept 99%. and i am the same weight and measurements as when i poted this..... so hoping to keep alot.
 
I agree with the homeostasis thing but I have a marine corps buddy that did deca and winny together in one cycle then he did eq and var and he kept almost all his gains and this was 3 years ago. He was a lot smaller before his cycle and I think you can hold on to gains in certain cases.
 
ok let me clear this up, its so old. ALL of the gains will aventually disapear..... BUT it would take years for this to happen. just the way that pro baseball or football or whatever, they juice in the off season and thats enough to help them coast through the season. i know not everyone does this but alot do. to say that as soon as your off a cycle your gains disapear is just ignorant. if this were the case, pct would be erelivent for those who dont get shut down sexually.
 
with anadrol, test, and d-bol, you will lose most of your gains because it is mostly water. Just some food for thought.
 
I'm 5wks out from a NPP/Test cycle and have lost only 5pds. This was after taking 2wks of clen PCT to diet for Florida. I am found that I'm keeping my gains better from NPP then I could ever have dreamed. I will repeat that same cycle again I was so pleased.IMO. I only gained 15pds though so I'm usuming this 25pds in 6wks has to be alot of water or fat. I think 10pds is reasonable to keep after a good cycle with good pct, Thats my goal anyway,

It's not as simple as that. Lot of it is genetic based. It mainly depends on whether or not you've surpassed your genetic potential. If you are waayyy over your genetic limit you will need aas routinely to maintain it (just look at the pros, if they go off or cut their doses they will lose most their gains quickly.... ie Flex, Levrone, Dorian, etc). Most people here are not even close to their genetic limit or just barely over it, so in these situations their gains can be kept if they go off the sauce.

For instance, you have a guy at 5'8 who weighs 150lbs. He does a cycle or two and gets up to a solid 200lbs, then lays off the sauce. With a proper diet and training he can keep all his gains because he is probably not even past his genetic limit yet.

Take a guy at 5'8 who weighs a solid 250lbs mostly of muscle, take him off the sauce (or reduce it) and he will slowly (but surely) start losing his gains regardless of his diet. In this case it would be a result of him being way over his genetic potential, which at that point would be impossible for him to maintain naturally (he'll lose muscle mass and increase bodyfat if he tries to naturally maintain himself even with a keyed in diet). He would require routine aas usage to keep his 250lbs of solid muscle.
