just started my accutane, any advice?

Dude look at the list of KNOWN sides and my brother used, again it was a few years of pure hell for him while on it, so kiss my ass.

im so fucking sorry your brother got the "whole" list of side effects you mentioned....but im sure your brother also had a fucking pizza face before he took the shit...and im pretty sure his dermatologist made him sign something before hand...so he fully knew what he was getting himself into...and like I said...not everyone gets side effects besides dryness...less than 1% get depression from accutane...but since i know youll fight it lets call it 5%...and is it worth 5% of a risk to take...YES

he didnt get the whole list, jesus christ. all i fucking said was becareful, that it is nasty shit and gave POSSIBLE sides and you started shit, now its better that everyone now knows what teh POSSIBLE sides are. Theres also a lot more to than just depression. AGAIN IT WAS A WARNING TO EDUCATE NOT TO FLAME OR BASH ANYTHING SO STOP BEING A PRICK AND GET OFF MY ASS.

if you want to get technical also that was a repost from an original message that I posted on the MF boards asking if he should still use his laundry list of supplements with it, hence me saying just use the whey.

before my thread turned to shit i asked this ... my cholesterol is already probably high being on cycle and on a.i.'s will the accutane raise my cholesterol further? and could could the high cholesterol levels do serious harm to my body even if there only raised for the next 4 months?

dry flaky skin especially the lips, i was on it in 2001 and my lips and skin still get flaked out. plus i was depressed as fuck when i was on it. Got cysts on my dick and my armpit and ear. had to get them cut out.

try using the sunbed wash with water only and go swimming once a week.

I have been on 40mg of accutane for almost 2 months now, and am 2 weeks into a pretty heavy cycle, all injectables no orals, and so far my results have been awesome. My acne never got worse before getting better, it improved immediately and the only side i have gotten is slightly dry lips and my vision is a little blurry at times. Even for those that have mild acne that doesnt respond to all the BS OTC remedies, a low dose of this stuff will clear your ass right up. I havent had a new zit appear on my face since the first week of treatment, and ive had one or two on my face for 98% of my life since I was 15, Im almost 26 now and still got them almost everyday up until now. For those of you skeptical about taking it, I think the side effects are highly overrated at a dose of around 40mg/day. The horror stories you have heard are from people taking double that dosage.

i have no horror story and i was on 80mg a day for 5 months
