accutane is the shit! only thing that will really work...for cystic acne only thing will work imo....

the intial breakout sucks
(accutane will cause ur face to get worse then better)
face will be red when you lift and just a general red/pink shade
get cortisone injections into cysts when you see your derm once a month..just him about them..they rule
