In for this one. It is a good amount of gear. Almost 3 grams for the first 4 weeks.. Good luck man get teady for some fun.

Let me tell u how i get in 5000 - 6000 cals a day guys. First of all I dont bother with protein shakes anymore. I get enough protein from food. Carbohydrate shakes are the way to go. Powdered oats! 3 - 4 shakes a day in between meals. Around 600cals per serving. Easily reach 5-6000 cals a day. I also use liquid egg whites too and I snack on nuts and fruit.

Columbo im pinning mon/wed/fri. The gear is 300mg/ml so the shot is only 2.5ml 3x a week.

I always use hcg. Usually start around week 4. 1000iu a week.

Ill get some pics up soon. Ye thats me in the profile pic took a couple weeks ago. Fed up of being lean now lol cant wait to blow up.. ramming down those carbs from tomo. Cant wait to fill out and get that thickness back.
 
Sorry for the delay bros iv been busy. Working and busting my ass in the gym :)

Well this is week 2 and im liking the results so far. The letro is really keeping the water off im holding barely any water retention which is good.. although I wouldnt mind holding a little more haha i wasnt expecting to stay this dry on all this gear.. maybe it'll increase after a couple more weeks. iv dropped the letro dose this 2nd week from 1.25mg eod to 0.625 lol quarter of a tab 3 times a week mon/wed/fri (same days i'm pinning on) and this seems to be working well. Letro is some strong shit! its a hell of a lot cheaper than adex or aromasin too using it like this.

Ok stats i got my stats, and some pics here for u before i started the cycle.

Oh and i only started the drol yesterday! I was late ordering it but i think i prefer it this way than starting everything at once. Now ill be able to tell more results/sides from the anadrol.

My training routine. 4 day split weight training. cardio twice a week.

Mon - Biceps/Chest
Tue - Legs
Wed - Cardio - Run
Thur - Triceps/Shoulders
Fri - Back/traps
Sat Cardio - Thai Boxing

Here's an example of my daily menu
5 meals a day and 3 shakes

8am Breakfast - Cereal. Liquid egg whites. Banana
10am Shake - oats and water
11.30am Brunch - Chicken salad sandwich wholemeal. Apple. Nuts.
1.30pm Shake - oats and water
3pm Lunch Tuna salad Sandwich wholemeal. Apple. Yogurt
4pm Shake oats and water
6pm Chicken, Turkey or beef. white potato. Rice pudding.
7pm Train!
9pm Chicken breast or Fish. Sweet potato. brocolli.

Supps and vits

Creatine - Kre Alkalyn
Immune support. Mutli vit. Vitamin B complex. Beta glucans. Magnesium.
Liver support. liv 52. milk thistle.
Cardiovascular support/fat loss. Omega 3. CLA.
Digestion support 'Digestimax'
Sleep. melatonin. valerian root.

Ye that heavy dosed gear is the only way to go.

Deca and Drol will add a LOT of water. I hope you're at least taking some N2GUARD.

You look great in the pics. Personally, I' think adding 5-6 clean pounds of muscle would be awesome. Ingesting 6000 calories will certainly add fat. Now, if you did 3 grams of primo with 1000 grams of protein a day, that would be extreme but make more sense considering you already have some size and nice definition. But to each his own. Have fun!
 
Cycle update
Im back on tren!

Yeap, at week 8 of my cycle and what can i say I couldnt help but listen the little red devil on my shoulder and tonight I shot 200mg Tren E. Cant wait for the sweats!! Oh and running out of breath during sex and making the bitch get on top to put some work in hahaha

Seriously tho I said id never do it again but Eq isnt doin a lot for me even at 900mg. I guess after running 700mg tren, 900mg eq is still mild.
So the last 8 weeks of my cycle will be this,

8 - 16 Test 600mg
8 - 15 Deca 700mg
8 - 15 Tren E 600mg
 
As for my gains im not gonna lie iv had a shitty last few weeks and havent gained anything since week 2.. iv been getting in no where near the 5 - 6000 cals I had planned. Iv had problems with work and other shit.. but im back on track with my diet and everything now and ready to make the most of whats left of my cycle and will a little help from the tren I think ill pull it back and achieve close to what I was hoping for.

Also I stopped the anadrol after a couple weeks the back pumps were crippling me.. as bad as dbol... It seems I do get back pumps from all orals.. mhn and var probably being the mildest, but im yet to use an oral which gives me no back problems at all. Which is a shame because I get crazy fast gains from orals.

delt my good man ,as you know - your cycle is almost identical to mine . You can definitely make the next 8 weeks count if you start pounding down grub...am sure the EQ brought something to the party even tho you aint seeing much right now.
My last cyle finished with test and tren E , i ran the tren at 400mg and bumped the test from 500mg to 1g...i went from strong to fuckin bionic .

Have you ever ran deca and tren together before now ?

Anything is going to mild compared to tren. I don't feel like it compares to EQ. Definitely wont get the same strength from it no matter how high yu run it. Just MO
 
I was expecting some insane hardness and vascularity from the eq at that dose, but im disappointed with it.. havent even had the hunger.. and my appetite was through the roof last time i run tren.

Thanks Columbo, yea bro this is my first run with deca and tren together, iv always wanted to stack these two i imagine the gains are as good as it gets! Hope ur course is going well?

No iv not held much water at all even the Drol didnt add much. Must be the letro, I went with letro for that reason, to control estrogen from all this gear.
Iv dropped the dose to 1/4 tab twice a week. Letro is the way to go. Cheap and effective. At this dose 15 tabs last me the whole cycle, prob with some left over.
 
am only on week 2 bro, trying to recover from a shoulder injury at the same time.
Hitting it with Tb-500 and GH

After talking to my bro burnthiscorpse , i am doing some high volume work - the pump from the drol is crazy and 12- 15 reps of anything is a struggle..lol
 
Now that you mention it, tren's vascularity is way better than EQ which is funny because EQ is Known for this.


Yeap! No comparison! However, the best vascularity iv seen is from 1-Test Cyp, which is a stronger form if eq.. the vascularity and hardness from 1-test is insane, better than tren..
