just ordered 180ct Trex and bottle of ES

i'm at 165 right now. 5'7". doing lots of cardio now and training triatholon style now. with high rep weights in there to. i'm looking to drop to around 145-148 by december. i have 6 months of training ahead of me. i'm limited to food as i'm eating out of the galley, but it's usually pretty good. mostly eggs and rice in the morning, rice and chicken for lunch and dinner and salads. fruit also added in there. any suggestions on taking this stuff. thanks for any input.

The first few days just start off taking 1 T-rex then bump it up to 2 (with meals). I took 2 before I went to the gym and when I'd finish a set I felt lightheaded and pukey (didn't last long). I think I waited too long after my mean to take it. But it def. works. I was sweating like a pig. Which also coulda been the ES. I was sweating in my car with the AC on before I even got to the gym.
