The problem as I said you can not load carbs and push water out at the same time. 1 gram of carb pulls 3 grams of water with it. All carb loading sould be done before Diuretics start. Aldactone may be the only one you can do early on as it lowers aldosteron and causes less sodium retention rather than forcing the kidneys to excrete more fluid. On a side note, I do not cut sodium either. makes me flat and with diuretic use you need the sodium to keep blood volume and BP up. Low BP is why many cramp on diuretics not Potassium or magnesium loss as many say.
