The problem as I said you can not load carbs and push water out at the same time. 1 gram of carb pulls 3 grams of water with it. All carb loading sould be done before Diuretics start. Aldactone may be the only one you can do early on as it lowers aldosteron and causes less sodium retention rather than forcing the kidneys to excrete more fluid. On a side note, I do not cut sodium either. makes me flat and with diuretic use you need the sodium to keep blood volume and BP up. Low BP is why many cramp on diuretics not Potassium or magnesium loss as many say.

If you're only running diazide the day before, how drastically do you cut your water intake that day. Think it would be helpful to get up friday morning and hit the sauna to sweat a little extra out?

I never use a sauna. It can bring water to the surface of your skin. I do nothing drastic the last few days. Its all just tweaking. I drink a gallon the day before and I drink as needed the day of the show. Dyazide has a 12 hour life so I am good to go off the 25mg sat.

I never do cardio. I will after 40 for the pump (heart) but my bp is like 112/61 with a 70 resting heart rate (on clen!) so the hell with it for now.

Something like this:

Meal #1
12oz. 93% lean beef, chicken breast or turkey breast
½ cup oatmeal

Meal #2
3 scoops Ultra Size, 2 scoop MP , 1 TBS Flax Oil,
12 oz water.
Meal #3
8 ounces chicken (weighed prior to cooking) about 2 chicken breasts
4 cups salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber, green peppers, etc.) or
2 cups green beans
2 TBL Cider Vinegar and 1 TBS Sunflower Oil (or other vegetable oil) for a dressing

Meal #4
(same as meal #2)

Meal #5
12 oz chicken breast, turkey breast or very lean beef (ie: filet, round, sirloin with no marbling and all fat trimmed…)
2 cups green leafy vegetables or salad with fat free, sugar free dressing

Meal #6
3 scoops Ultra Size, 1 scoop Muscle Provider.

Monday and Thursday: Eat all of the following in place of your normal sixth meal:
1.5 cups oatmeal (precooked) or cooked rice,
10 oz. sweet potato,
6 oz. banana,
1 cup vegetables,
1 TBS unprocessed vegetable oil or real butter at the end of the day
no supplements with this meal
