just had gyno surgery

Hey guys, just got home from the hospital where I had gyno surgery done. The gyno was from puberty and was fully covred by insurance The operation took about an hour to preform and was done by a plastic surgeron. As far as pain goes, it's not to bad right now but I am sure it will get worse. My left nipple and the area around it is sore and extremely swollen, the right is a little tender and not swollen much at all. The doc said no exersize for 3-4 days and no upper body for at least 2-3 weeks so the plan is to stay on Nolvadex as I was before and take a low dose of Anavar to bridge into my next cycle. I'll keep you guys posted every couple days on how my recovery is going.

I had the same thing many yrs ago. I would wait longer than a few weeks to fully work out. Dr's have no concept of the lifting you probably do.

Also, where your compression vest as directed. (If you had any lipo)

Try not to be too active the first week.

pretty sure once you have surgery they take out the gland and it doesn't allow the gyno to come back, i think no to sure though.

If they remove the entire gland, then no.

i see....good to know...i have tiny nipples and no fat on my chest so gyno will be pretty easy to notice once i do start gear

As long as you have anti-e's on hand, you should never had to worry about gyno.
