Ditto that. I think we members need to stay FARRR away from this situation, we can't make it better. Anyway to be fair (as i always am) I've used cell-tech many times, it is in my mind the best creatine product out there. Nitro-tech, however, sucks ass and the only reason you see any gains on it is the micronized creatine they conveniantly forget to tell you is in it (its on the labal though) Hydroxycut sucks. Period. That's about it.

2. They hype the hell out of worthless ingredients that have been pretty much proven to either do jack or be toxic. Cases in point : HCA, alpha lipoic acid, chromium (as an insulin mimicker).

have to completely disagree about ALA..

chromium is, for most part(unless deficient), worthless.. cinnamon is much better and a great source of elemental chromium and its cinnamides are insulin mimickers.

HCA is unproven AT best.. probably worthless

btw- for something to be defamation is must be untrue. Have you seen any statements of FACT that are untrue. Opinions are VERY protected under the constitution.

I don't know what exactly they can do legally to EF, but even with my (very)limited legal knowledge, I guarantee that this won't happen. I and countless others served in the military to protect these rights.
