I ran Avena Sativa at 2g a day for at least a month after the cycle and liked it so much that I continued to run it. I'm using it right now at 1g a day and making gains naturally.
I also used Maca post cycle for libido. It doesn't help HPTA recovery, but it's great for stimulating your sex drive. I dropped it after a while because it was just too much, I would wake up early in the morning with ridiculous morning wood and couldn't go back to sleep because of it. Funny side eh?
I also used Zinc at 100mg taken every night before sleep.
I'd say I recovered pretty quickly using these methods. Within a few days I felt normal again with my sex drive and I didn't have the clomid depression. Within 3 weeks I was setting PR's in the gym, and by the 4th week my balls were as big as ever.
