for me clomid is a last, last resort, I only have it to throw it to dumb ass friends who come off cycles with nothing at all


hcg and arimidex or nov. is the way to go

Although I'm glad speller did so well, (congrats, and thanks for the props) I must say this to all members, especially those who are relatively new...

I do not suggest an androgen ratio as high as speller used and must caution employing the post cycle recommendations without fully understanding them.

Be that as it may, it shows that Clomid is a bad choice and that the alternatives work.
There will be those who will continue to dispute this for a while, but the more evidence that coemes in, the more people will come to realize what works best.

What about those of us who cycle heavier or for longer periods of time than Nelson? Can we afford not to use clomid?

Are you saying that on HCG and Clomid you did not recover but that on HCG and the OTC's you mentioned, you did recover? If I had HCG, I would be happy right now. All I have is Clomid, no avena, maca, nothin.
