I'm currently on omna/deca and things are going pretty good. I'm due for a change in my workout splits and was wondering if this makes sense. Instead of devoting one whole day to shoulders, since when I lift chest my front delts are also being used and when I lift back my rear delts are being used I do just that: Chest and front delts, and when I work back I'll also lift my rear delts. My exact split would be:
Day1-Chest/Front delts
Day2-Off
Day3-Legs/Tris
Day4-Back/Bis/Rear delts
Day5-Off
Day6-Repeat Day1
I tryed putting this on the training board, but did't get any feed back.
