Juice plus anal issues!

Not another Hemorrhoids case! Guess what? Roids cause Rhoids:chomp: I find it imposible to eat so much fiber in my diet. I eat as much fiber as I can, but I also use the following:

* Colon Cleanse or Fiber Cleanse by Nature's Secret.
* Smooth Move tea by Traditional Medicinals.
* Coffee.

This will guarantee a happy anus:chomp:! Preparation H cream and wipes will help ease the discomfort.

I like Dr. Natura's stuff personally. Problem is its pretty common when on cycle. Increased blood volume, increased blood pressure. I use to find it happened the most after leg days. I had a really bad one that lasted about 2 weeks. It was an outy, fucker knotted into a little balloon and eventually popped (same as if a doc tied it off, only my butt hole tied it off). Painful as hell and the amount of fiber I took didn't seem to help too much.

I did like Dr. Natura's stuff though.
 
I posted this problem on the other forum.. I figured it was hemorroids and it seems like my theory was correct.

I had just started upping my leg lifts and probably wasn't taken in very much fiber (lots of fruit but not enough oatmeal etc)

since then it has gotten better ..took 4 days, but like the original poster it came back when i wiped myself and wasn't careful. seems like you have to be careful how you wipe and what you use. harsh toilet paper will scratch up the area and inflame it. so try and use the shower to spray into ur butt to clean yourself, instead of using toilet paper for a week or two and you will feel better.
 
i persoanly get this aswell when im bulking on steroids

i personaly think its from going to the toilet 4 times a day, gotta hate crapping out 5500cals

especially when ders alot of tuna in der ahahhaa

fuk id hate to imagine what ronnie colemans toilet looks like when hes done with it LMFAO

bro since i started beast I am crapping 2X per night, that is why you guys see me posting in the middle of the night so much. and during the day I go 3-4X.
 
more fruit and veg bro...deffo sounds like Hemorrhoids .

there's shit loads of cream out there that can sort out .
 
Also when doing legs, don't relax when your at the bottom of the movement and then push up forcefully (squats, leg press, etc.) Keep your core tight and your ass hole sucked in don't push it out :D
 
You have a fissure. This fucking sucks.

I had one so bad once I actually quit training for over a year. It's not fun and it's something I wouldn't wish on my worse enemy. It's a very slow wound to heal. The only cure is time or surgery.

Eat lots of fiber and try not to strain or hold in your poo.

The only thing that will really stop the pain is soaking in a hot bath. This fucking sucks when you have to do it three or four times per day. Did they give you lidocaine cream? Apply it before you poo. It should help some with the discomfort.

What I find works for me is to take about a 1/4 cup of ground flax seed with my protein shake at night.. Seems to soften things up.:verygood:
 
Don't laugh but a teaspoon at good ol' Metamusil /day keeps 'em thick, smooth, a beautiful 'Shit" colored brown. Red blood in the toilet is caused by issues like yours, hems or big jagged rock turds that scratch your inner butt tissue and causes surface bleeding. Its the black tar stools that can mean internal bleeding.
Much if any of that and you should seek medical advice. Also more water.
 
So I got this issue last cycle I was on about 6 months ago. Whenever I use the bathroom its very painful and kills to wipe, blood the whole nine yards. I found out it was a cut on the anus. I got some cream for it and it went away. I am a week into this cycle and it is back. I am using the cream and this time its not really helping. This is deff related to the juice. Can it be diet related? Not enough fiber? fruits? Here is my diet posted below

8pm protein shake
