I cant agree more. My girlfriend said to me a couple of nights ago that if natural bodybuilders took A.S. they would be bigger than me easily because of the way they train.

It really pissed me off especially as she sees how much effort I put into every aspect of my bodybuilding lifestyle.

what the hell is a natural bodybuilder?

Juice IS magic! Granted, you can take all the juice in the world, and if you don't work out and eat properly juice won't help much. However you take two guys, same age, same stats, same good training, same good nutrition. One takes juice for a few years, the other doesn't. The juiceless guy will probably be slim and somewhat defined. The juiced guy will be much much bigger. I am 37y.o. For most of my life I didn't do any kind of sport or activity and didn't follow a good nutrition plan. Then three years ago I decided I wanted to be a muscle man. I hired a trainer, started working out seriously almost every day, started eating very lean and clean and started AS. I basically never cycled, but have been on a steady moderate dose mostly test and deca. I am 5'6. Three years ago I was 145 lbs with 22% bf. Now I am almost 180 with 7%. There is no way I could have added all those pounds and shed all that fat in less than three years without the help of my beloved juice.

True Nelson, but there are still those who are looking for a magic pill where they can sit on the couch and look good. Then there are also the others who take training seriously and use gear to compliment their training.

I sold some gear to a friend of mine a few years back. After 6 weeks of using he didnt gain shit. He accused me of selling him fake gear. Now ... that same "fake gear" put 15 lbs of solid mass on me. These were the exact same prods. So ... you tell me? I would always see him socializing at the gym, while I was damn near ready to faint! I guess that you will get what you put into it.

Gear makes it easier, and can also raise your growth potential. Nlischi, I don't agree with you about the guy off gear only being slim and somewhat defined. I'm bigger than a lot of the guys that I know who are doing the sauce (most of them were small to begin with) and I'm still preparing for a first cycle. Granted I have good genetics, but a lot of it is hard work and experience. Bottom line is, the juice won't be lifting the weights for me, the juice won't be picking and eating the food for me, and the juice won't be getting the sleep for me. I do this, and the gear is just a tool in the box.

yes, gear does provide an UNPARALLED advantage--but it took alot of hard work to get to the point that i felt i was ready for gear(and i think i may still have been premature)But my parents caught me, and they look at me like all the gains i have made have been because of this stupid little amp--sure it gave i a huge advantage to go above and beyond, but it took hard work, and still does

I TOTALLY AGREE with you on this one. Everything that I've read supports this.

YOU ARE ALL SO FULL OF SHIT...

You can tell yourselves whatever makes you feel good, but the truth of the matter is, juice will give you an unparalleled advantage. Compare a guy who trains like a madman, eats a perfect diet, takes every supplements in the world and put him up against a guy who trains 3X's a week and eats normally but takes 25 mgs of d-bol a day, and 9 times out of 10 he's going to be more muscular and continue to progress far faster than the first guy.

What I'm most proud of is a before and after picture of myself on my site where I show my progress as a natural. Natural bodybuilders appreciate it but most everyone who has juiced responds with a "big deal." I've also made great progress on the tiniest amounts of juice using methods that took years to develop, but again, who cares when you can do a gram of test a week and grow like crazy even if you train wrong. Most members of this board will never learn how to train correctly because they'll never have to.

As Dan Duchaine said "Steroids are the rabbit in the hat, and the ace up the sleeve." With them, you will look like a bodybuilder. Without them, most people will mearly look "fit."

What I'm saying isn't a dismissal or a condemnation. It's just the way it is -- which is fine -- but stop thumping your chest with pride because you think you work hard for what you've got. That's like winning a marathon by taking a car service to the finish line and complaining about the traffic along the way.
