NELSON'S BACK!

No, just visiting. I skim the boards every few days and usually leave out of disgust or disinterest. This thread caught my eye and I said what I said. I won't be debating it.

This pic of you is at 42, right?

How old are you now? just curious...

Yep. 42-43. Compare that to the embarassing "before" picture. And in case anyone is all set to shout "lipo!!!" That pic was taken before the sugery -- which may not have been the best decision, but that's another story.

Today I'm 49 -- still holding on despite persistant injuries which came from when I did the WRONG things before I knew better. I look pretty much the same except my skin around the pecs is a tad looser. (Aging sucks). Still, almost no wrinkles and I can still run a 10 minute mile dispite the act that I haven't done any aerobics since 1996.

YOU ARE ALL SO FULL OF SHIT...

You can tell yourselves whatever makes you feel good, but the truth of the matter is, juice will give you an unparalleled advantage. Compare a guy who trains like a madman, eats a perfect diet, takes every supplements in the world and put him up against a guy who trains 3X's a week and eats normally but takes 25 mgs of d-bol a day, and 9 times out of 10 he's going to be more muscular and continue to progress far faster than the first guy.

What I'm most proud of is a before and after picture of myself on my site where I show my progress as a natural. Natural bodybuilders appreciate it but most everyone who has juiced responds with a "big deal." I've also made great progress on the tiniest amounts of juice using methods that took years to develop, but again, who cares when you can do a gram of test a week and grow like crazy even if you train wrong. Most members of this board will never learn how to train correctly because they'll never have to.

As Dan Duchaine said "Steroids are the rabbit in the hat, and the ace up the sleeve." With them, you will look like a bodybuilder. Without them, most people will mearly look "fit."

What I'm saying isn't a dismissal or a condemnation. It's just the way it is -- which is fine -- but stop thumping your chest with pride because you think you work hard for what you've got. That's like winning a marathon by taking a car service to the finish line and complaining about the traffic along the way.

Bullshit, aas gives you better tools to inturn grow at a more rapid rate. Call it upping your genetic potential, but the work still has to be put in daily.

How many guys sauce, only to gain nothing or look like shit...nothing can replace good clean hard work.

I hear what nelson is saying however, I was much bigger then all my friends who make comments before running gear. The comparison and qoute by Dan Duchaine is true but all in all, if your heart is not in your training the gear will be a waste of money.
