todays diet

feeling extremely fat on this bulk diet....feel bloated and alot of my lines have gone missing :evil: oh well...its all for the end result so i must stick with it another 3 weeks!!!

meal 1
- ON whey with water and 1 cup of oats
- vitamins and green tea
- 2 gluc

meal 2
- 5 whole eggs
- 1 cup of oats
- 2 glucs

meal 3
- turkey chili (def slacked off on my carb intake here :rolleyes: )
- 1 gluc

meal 4
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 cup of oats

PWO cardio today
- ON whey with water and 1 cup of oats

meal 5
- 6oz chicken
- 1 cup of brown rice
- green veggies

meal 6
-tbd prob a jar of pb lol

2800 cals....that's it??? and i was getting worried hahaha!

p.s. my weight is 174lbs and climbing. i was thinkng 180 would be tough...now i'm seeing 185 as no problem in 3 weeks.

THat is great good for yuo! HOWEVER (you know I can't just STFU) ... I'm just lookin out jp, quick gains are nice, but gaining weight too quickly does put unnecessary stress on the body, and maybe too much unwanted 'fat' ...

Besides, I've easily eaten 1 1/2 jars before lol :evil: Then you get ideas about dumping choc. chips in there, or prezels, & then maybe vanilla ice cream ... :worried:

You need to get some flavored stuff, it will upset your stomach if you eat too much .. VERY filling.
 
no i def agree....but my problem is i put weight on alot easier then most peoplei...' i'm only taking in 3500 cals a day...nothing crazy...cutting for me on the other hand is like hell!! it's extremely hard for me to shed bf% my bulk has been mostly clean excpet for some cheat meals here and there. but they weren't even hardcore cheats...i'm going to try and just stick to oats and brown rice as my main carb sources...no cheating when it comes to that anymore!

I can easily overeat rice, oats & sweet potatoes :worried: lol

Re:cutting ... Can you do sprints? Plyowork? INTENSE HIIT? Hill/stair running?
 
i can do hiit on the elipitical.....i do 1min up and one down for 20 minutes....

i've been doing 30 minutes of treadmil on 15% incline....but sometimes i'll do hiit if i don;t have enough time to do what i want

I have much better results cutting when I stay off the machines & take it to the streets ... lol , well outdoor activities, not sure what's around you, but find & track & do some bleachers, windsprints etc... I switched to that to cut & WOW did I shred up. But I'm also an animal :D

Agreed 110%

Busting ass outside does wonders for me as well... it's a breathe of fresh air, the iceing on the cake, the .... well, you get the point :)
