10 caps amp02 @6:00 (think i'll take 11......effect wearing off i believe...pumps are no longer there :rolleyes: )

chest
-incline dumbells 2x15 70lbs
-hammer strength 2x12 2 plates

back
-weighted pull ups 2x8 w/ 25lb dumbell...can't seem to get more....maybe i'll use 30lbs next time and get like 6
-close grip rows 2x15 160lbs was in a zone i guess b/c i haven't pulled that much weight in about 3 years...felt great!

shoulders
-front barbell presses 1x10 145lbs
-reverse flyes 1x20 25lbs
-one arm dumbell lateral raise 1x15 30lbs
-upright rows 100lbs

arms
-seated curls 2x10 40lbs
-one arm dumbell extensions 2x15 30lbs
-cable kick backs 1x15

abs
-hanging leg raises 3x20
-rope crunches 3x15

weighed myself when i was done and the scale read 168lbs. i was 163lbs last thursday aftre the gym....so i think this bulk diet is working :) i am noticing some bloating and it's a little annoying but i'll have to deal with it for now.

I'm taking 1 about 3 times a day but when I run out I may go without for a bit.

When i have uber simple carb loaded things like my 100+ carb shake i take 2 or 3 :)

I'm really sensitive to simple carbs though.

1 per 30 grams of carbs if you find you stop gaining cut back on it and see what happens... experiment :)

Keep in mind Glucorell helps with your body's ability to use the carbs ... doesn't *poof* make them all disappear.

Basically (taken from previous posts) it "helps shuttle the carbs into your muscle cells instead of your fat cells by increasing insulin sensitivity and the uptake of glucose. This improvement in carb utilization in people with insulin resistance means that carbs and sugars are less likely to be stored as fat and will be stored more efficiently as muscle glycogen."
 
yeah i think i'm going to take them with my large carbs meals....or simple carbs meals...like i just had... chopped up filet mignon's with ramen noodles and broccoli lol
 
today's diet

meal 1
- ON whey with milk and banana
- forgot to take my vit's :rolleyes:

meal 2
- can of tuna and 1/2 cup of oats

meal 3
- chopped up steak in oyster sauce w/ ramen noodles and broccoli :chomp:

meal 4
- can of tuna and 1/2 cup of oats

PWO cardio
- ON whey with milk and banana and 1/2 cup of oats

meal 5
- grilled chicken, 1 cup of brown rice, and spinach

meal6
- i'll try to keep it under 3 scoops for the anpb :p

buns...crack that whip!

i'm gaining weight with these macros ...around 3500 cals so i'll just keep at it!
 
ok...8lbs since last thurs....holy crap!! i can't believe how fast i put this weight on. granted there have been a few cheats like last night...had a few cookies before bed :evil: but my diet has been pretty clean....just alot more rice and oatmeal and milk. my cals went from around 2000 to about 4000...i guess you can say my body is totally shocked!

question: am i gaining this weight too fast?

todays diet

meal 1
- ON whey shake w/ 1cup of oats and milk
- multi, vit e and b12, green tea

meal 2
- 2 teriyaki chicken breasts and 1 cup of oats

****pretty stuffed right now!!!!!

meal 3
- grilled chiken tenders with 1 cup of brown rice

meal 4
- can of tuna and 1 cup of oats

PWO shake ON whey shake w/ 1cup of oats, 1 banana and milk

meal 5
