Growl at them LOL! :heart: yeah, I have that problem too especially when I take my 4 kids for a walk, men just can't seem to get enough of me either LMAO! :)

thx bro....i appreciate it....going to post some pics end of next week i think. not too much of a change from when i started this log...maybe a slight improvement in my arms....

it's weird...almost every chest exercise kills my shoudlers...but then i can do moderate weight on military presses.....i can do 70lbs shoulder presses and not have any trouble...but used the 70's for incline and oh my gawd!
