I get a lot of popping or snapping in my joints, for instance raising my right knee up while standing on the opposite leg will slide a bit or pop in my right hip and several times over in my right knee. Sometimes the same will happen in my elbow joints. I get this in my ankles too, its a much louder, almost static shock, type of a sound. Standing to wash dishes, even brushing my teeth will produce a few of these. I stretch lightly most mornings and always before lifting but it hasn't relieved this at all.
The issue in my leg is the most annoying, I can't stand the feeling I get in my hip, its like the joint is slipping a little bit, and then it goes on to pop a few times in my knee as well. When it happens in my ankles it's loud enough for others to easily hear if nearby, what I get in my hip is too light however and the knee and elbow people would need to be somewhat near to hear but definitely can.
None of it really hurts, I can't feel any pain, at least not now, but my impression would be that after some time all this would turn into some major issues. What does this sound like, does it make sense, and what should I do to prepare myself for a doc visit should one be necessary?
~Thank you.
