I’m looking for something that I can take to help with my joints
they are honestly following a part especially as I’ve increased my volume
I actually have issues in my forearms, risks, and elbows
it hurts on arm day and it hurts to do anything where I am doing a repetitive motion

i use n2joint rx got an old bottle
but add collagen to it
