How's your injury feeling anyways? Near 100% again?

I just checked em out and they look brutal Im gonna give these a go when I go back to the gym tonight :think:

I took the 18th and 19th off cause I had plans I kept the diet pretty much in check besides missing a couple meals which I wasn't happy about but that is the way it goes. I hit some mountain bike trail with some friends today we rode about 25 miles up and down the hills felt good to get outside in the sunshine. Back in the gym tomorrow can't wait to get back at it!!!!!:evil:

I am alive and well a few unexpected things happened over the last few days I had to head out of town and I got a little off track. Luckily I was able to keep it up at the gym but fell off the diet a little bit not really in a bad way just havent been eating enough food, but I just got back from the grocery store and I am ready to get back on track tomorrow.

Hmmm....a reference in one of my other threads where someone jokingly said that radar is so hardcore hd would inject his big toe lol...that was a good one. There I'd a bunch of stupid/ignorant people who ask for advice then get defensive when you don't give them the answer they want , which brings up some really interesting conversations. Lol

Yeah! I forgot to put on my glasses and stuck a 1 & 1/2 incher into my pinky, it matches my big toe now! :)
