I hope he doesn't mind me answering for him, as I just talked to him about this last night.

He says since he has been using this, which I think is for a couple months now, maybe only a month and a half, anyway he says the has gained five pounds. He attributes this to Surge. As it is the highest he has ever weighed at that low of a b.f. %. I also think he said he got very slightly leaner too.

Sounds like some good shit to me.
