I love jogging. I usually run 4 to 5 miles, 4 to 5 days a week. (use to) About 2 months ago I got pretty heavy into bodybuilding and want to get built ( some nice size ). I was told by a bodybuilder that if I wanted to bulk up to stop running because I will loose all the muscle that I worked so hard for, so I did. I miss running and would like to know, can I run? How many times a week? and will I loose all the hard earned muscle I worked so hard for? What do all you big guys suggest for some good cardio? My wife has a stepper, but I hat it. Was thinking about getting in some mountain biking. Just don't know. Thanks to all who reply. I'm also drinking a ton of water, 5 or 6 protien shakes a day, started taking creatine 10 g. per day and L Glutamine 10 g. per day to help bulk up. Thanks
