I knew you'd start this thread.
I want to be able to lift again, but I strained an ab muscle or something and I need it to heal. So all I've been doing for the past few weeks is cardio. My wife calls people that go to her gym and do nothing but cardio cardio bunnies. Since I feel like a bish for not being able to lift I applied the name to myself.

Stairclimber or elliptical. I like running sometimes, but usually only do intervals. The same pace gets boring. My endurance right now is doo-doo.

Yeah, if I'm on the treadmill I have to mix it up. If running outside I prefer the same pace cause I'll be running 3-5 miles and wouldn't be able to make it otherwise.

I'm guessing that's what I did. I was DL'ing and felt a click or pop right at my left ribcage. Felt like I got punched. It's still a little tender and hurts when I sneeze.

Does it hurt when you breathe? I mean other than the fact that you know you're still alive.
