**Woke up with a headache & legs are very, very sore!! Think the headache is from detoxing from the sugar. Went away once I took my supps. Weight dropped considerably (4 pounds!) since yesterday & the bloat is a lot lower today, which is good! Upper abs starting to show thru again too!!
