I will post on the 12th like originally planned. The photo I have sent to a select few was one I took myself. The photos that I am gonna post will be taken on the 10th by a proffesional photographer...they should come out pretty sweet. Well not toothpicks...but I am not happy with my calves...still have a lot of work there. Quads and hams are good for the look I want (not looking for the freaky huge look). Calves used to be non existent have brought hem up a bit in the last few years. Hey got to keep building that is the point...sculpting the body. I hear Georgie has incredible calves...maybe he will show us on the 12th?

calves have been hard for me too bro. I rotate them every other day now, with help from dbol i get some awesome pumps now. I usually have to wait to leave the gym after hitting them, cause i dont want to hobble out.

i thought that georgie was still posting pics up just to be a good sport about it all? I obviously didnt read the last 20 pages so maybe thats not the case. But i was under the impression he was still going to post some to come off as a good sport on the day of the compettition and that he wasnt posting until then, thats why no one has heard from him on this thread.
Its not really about winning or loosing, its more about being a good sport of it all. Look at JA and Satch. That must have been hard for JA to post his new Avatar as Satch's bitch, but he was a man of his word, and stuck to the deal. Georgie dosent seem like a guy who would go back on his word to me, Im sure he will post up his pics to keep his word, and to make it a fair contest. Not posting because you are scared you are going to loose is low. BUT .... posting just to keep your word, and make for a fair contest is the standup thing to do, whether you win or not.
Georgie, if you are not in your best condition now, then who cares? You can still post up, accept your win or loss, and use it as motivation to set your goals for future when things are better and you can put more time into training. If georgie dosent post and keep this going as an honest and fun contest, then this is another thread that prooves these contests are nothing but trouble. People will be pissed, bad mouthing will start, georgie is going to be upset and the whole contest goes down the gutter. I think georgie, you should post up some pics (whether you win or loose), just to end this 22 page contest correctly and put some closure to this whole thing. I say be a man, and finish the contest. I think it would be appropriate to say "I have some personal issues at this time that will not allow me to continue in this competition, I'm sorry." Instead of canceling the posedowns , there should be some monetary or otherwise "down payment" to participate in a posedown. You should have to put up some "collateral" so if the person , without naming any names , wants to bail , he loses his collareral. There should be no replacements or substitues. Bailing should have a fairly steep penalty.

Or is it so much more than that? Is it a "community", as we call it? I agree, the energy level given to this contest, which does not equal the severity of you personal saftey issues, is a bit out of balance. Though it is understandable from a socialogical point of view. The contest has a three month history and a prior contest connection. In this "community" this is a continuing drama that is unfolding before us. It has intruige, struggle, anger, accomplishment, faluire... It focuses on the pinnicale of why we come here. Can we transform our body to our minds eye perfection. The gathering of information, sharing with like minded, learning the "art" ( I believe the most amazing sculptors don't work with stone, they work with muscle and brain) this is what we do to accomplish our goals. So when some one says "OK I'll do it, I will step to the plate and post pics and I will kick his ass in the mean time". Everyone pays attention. It's on. Let's rumble. But it's three months. So as the casual spectator, you wait and you listen to the trash talk and it gets closer and the contestants boast their prowess (this is the intruige part) then a contestant (EF's history) either shows up and makes himself painfully obvious that he did not take his preparation seriously or he shows up with falsehoods, old pictures and defensive attacks on the spectators themselves (remember this is an agreement to put youself on display) or he promises to show up on target this time and then doesn't show up at all (except in his whitey tighties) or he never planned to compete at all. Once again this does not affect my ability to accomplish the goals I set for myself nor should it anybody else, but that is why everyone is all

the question I asked that no one seems to be answering, is why the hell is it so important to you? Like I mentioned, I've had people on here, more than one, threaten my familys safety, another threatened to use my personal info to destroy me and my family, and the list goes on. Jat, you kept your side of the deal and came out of the contest looking great bro. You live, you learn. People sometimes keep their words, sometimes they don't. All in all, i'm sure everyone here knows how seriously you took this contest and are in a way proud of your accomplishments. I don't know the whole story with George and i'm not sure that i want to. Let me try to enlighten you. Let's say you were training the last 6 months for a big contest that you were excited about and at the last minute the promoters called off the contest. OK...ok I guess I should have waited a bit before saying I was ready to post...First I have to get something to eat (before I pass out) then I will go oer to a friends to help me with this cd I have of the shots. Some are on cd which come up no prob but the ones I wanna post are on dvd (because of the file size) and they are not comming up. No worries though I will post tonight.
