There is no excuse for lateness. I would never date a girl who did not have the ability to manage her time. And yes, there are some women out there who do have that emotional maturity. Few and far between, but it's nice when you find em.

I know, I see it all the time at work and in general. Dudes and chicks. I honestly just can't empathize with that and never will. It's not a disease - it's called discipline and self control. Being late to anything is a direct sign of disrespect and selfishness, IMO, and that's exactly how I take it when friends, family, colleagues, etc. are late.

Somehow it's become somewhat acceptable in society, which I will never understand.
