Well as you probably know, already I do indoor track and am also going to try WSB, next week we are having hard days (400's, 200's and the rest) on tuesday and thursday, when should I do my ME, and DE days?

I've posted this over on the training board, and was wondering if any of you have an opinion?

oh also the week after the next shouldn't be a problem, but after that the hard days will be on Monday, Wednesday(or Thursday), and saturday. Any help would be appreciated, thanks:)

Refresh my memory...hard and light weeks alternate by week, or for certain runs within the week?

this week there will be hard days on tuesday and thursday, next week there will be no hard workouts, so our best runner can rest to go to nationals for xc, but every subsequent week it will go the three hard days per week that I stated above

Well, the important thing is that you don't lift on the same day as hard days (at least don't lift after hard track training).

All in all, I would imagine you could be a very good powerlifter in a small weight class. Your GPP should be unreal.

If possible lift at least 5-6 hours before your running. Then you'll have as much time as possible to recover.

If that isn't possible (to train before running) - then train on non-hard running days, and train at least 6-7 hours after running.

Make sure you are eating like crazy for recovery.

Oh, and don't do a damn thing the day of or day after DE squat day - it's a killer.

well itjshouldn't be a problem till December, because the coach decided we had enough people that didn't do xc that we are just doing 3, 4, and 5 miles the rest of November
