It's time I make a change. I need to get my old good habits back and throw out all my bad habits. Alot of shit has happened lately that has made me rethink alot about my priorities and what I want to achieve and what is holding me back.
I did my last fina shot yesterday and I am going to be starting clomid therapy soon. I will continue to stay on the femera until I feel I am good to go. As well I will be adding some supplements to the mix. I will go back on Biotest md-6(pre-workout) and Cell Tech(post workout) and glutamine(20 grams a day) as well as Perfect Rx(at least 2 servings a day) and my regular vitamin and mineral supplements I usually take. Green tea 2 times a day at different times.
Meals will be consistent and smaller portioned. Replace oatmeal with white rice for most of my carbs. Have more portions of vegetables. No more than 4 eggs a day. Chicken as much as possible. Beef at least once a day and salmon at least 2 times a week. No more junk food except for Friday and Saturday. Absolutely no empty calories such as candy or cookies or soda even on weekends.
No drinking. No smoking. (weed or cigarrettes) Nothing. I am happy to say I haven't gotten drunk since summer. I haven't smoked in a bit either.
Steroids are out of the picture for a long time. Not until next year and most likely at a light dose and just stick with that. I say I looked my best when I was on 500mg test a week last year with adipokinetics. I took 1/4 mg arimidex every 3rd day and that was it. I added 20mg d-bol for a little bit but I say 500mg a week I was at my best. Next year maybe a test and deca cycle is what I will go with. Definately no more fina though. I am done with it.
Training split -
Monday - back, biceps, forearms
Wednesday - legs, cardio
Friday - chest, triceps, delts
Saturday - abs, cardio
*Alternate every other week. One week do deadlifts and one week do not. On the week I do deadlifts no training legs. Just cardio that day. Also the Saturday before deadlifts don't do abs or cardio.
This will be a slow and consistent process. Calories will remain adequate. No more "EXTREME" dieting that I always did in the past. Time to make these habits into a lifestyle. Not just juicing. But everything that goes with it as well. Drugs aren't the only answer. I knew this before a long time ago and I somehow lost my way of thinking. Moderation is the key.
