I shot a little over 0.5cc of pgf2a in each FRONT delt and it hurt like a mother fucker. I also shit my brains out for those interested in that kind of thing - you know who you are (ahem...The Almighty). Anyway, no one has actually described the pain so I thought I'd give it a try. It feels like you've just injected battery acid and so it's a burning sensation that lasts about 30 minutes but hangs around to a lesser degree for about 3-4 hours. I shot about the same in my tri's and it didn't hurt nearly that bad so the pain is definitely site-dependent. I'll try sub Q in a few hours. Ick, I can't wait.
