ITs A Mental Thing.

2Dmaxx

New member
Hello.

I am a returning member now under 2Dmaxx. I can not remember the last registered name as its been 2 years.

To the point,

I have been under a big amount of pressure in life with injuries, jobs, and of course the girl friend. I turned my back on my life and stopped working out eating properley and even Drinking alot of beer. I have recently climb out of my hole and are changing things around slowly but I want to be where I was 2 years ago( fit, strong, good sleep, and good looking) right now.

I know Im not near the condition I was in but I just cant stand going to the gym and not feel what I had accomplished in respect to what I could lift, the pump I got and the intensity of my workout.

I only begain to workout again 2 months ago and are allready wanting to go with a cycle I have picked out.
The question ............how much of my muscle memory will kickin and naturally how long will it take. I am determind and will comit 100%

I lost about 20lbs and tons of strength. Of course the fat is about 15%.

If I start with a cycle of test Cyp for 10 weeks will I help myself or hurt myself to accelerate the process.

I hope I posted this right. Thanks for any responses.

I think it's always best to get in shape and get your diet in order before using enhancement, even if it's just a month or so. In the long run, the gains are better and psychologically, it eaches you commitment. If you juice and make some fast easy gains you can get lazy, lose them after the cycle and won;'t want to train without them.

Thanks for the reply

I am always learning new things about my mind and body and I think you got me on " If you juice and make some fast easy gains you can get lazy, lose them after the cycle and won;'t want to train without them." . I believe I was setting myself up for failure until I re-arange myself mentaly.
