Fuck, I know!!! I was at 192 mid-July. Not quite as ripped. What I lost was mostly muscle. I attribute the loss to the following (in order of significance) antibiotics, stress, problems with HST, and a cold.
I am coming back, though! I will get bigger and I will show you all pics. I'm going to start creatine soon. I respond very well to creatine.
