Hello I have done a cycle with deca - 400, and Omna - 500. finished it 3 months ago.

My nipples are kinda puffy.
sticks out a bit.

But I cant feel any lump or hard tissue.
Feels like there is some liquid behind the nipple.

My bodyfat isnt low... so could that be it???
