Is there a trick to Zambon Amps?

I just got my 60 Zambon's in the mail today, Christmas in August.....I'm feeling good. Here's my question. I've taken them before but have never had this type of resourse at my disposal(EF). Is there a trick to getting all the liquid to the bottom of the amp so not to waste any when I draw it up into the dart? As always thanks for all the help.

all you can do is put the amp on a slight angle and let the juice run down to one of the bottom ends thats all i do

flicking your finger against the top of the amp will get it to the bottom
