Is there a decent recovery supplement out there?

I want something that's going to help me recover a lot better, quicker from lifting sessions.

There's a lot of supplements out there claiming to do so. However, if one u experiences pro's can guide me to the ones you use yourself and tell me of their effectiveness, it would be much appreciated.

I've jsut started lifting again after injuries.
 
Depends what you are looking to do. Creatine, protein, some carbs and lots of BCAAs immediately following training cut my recovery. I usually mix up a shake in the car so I can take it within minutes after setting down my last weight. Some new muscle tech sups that claim to help with recovery and mass gains are exactly the same thing only 7 times more expensive. Post ban I’ve never had as quick recovery from a legal product then with SD, I can work chest one day and then the next morning knock out pushups during my cardio with no problem at all.
 
I drink a BCAA and dextrose drink during my workout(20g BCAA's 40g Dextrose). It has definitely helped my recovery, I train bodyparts twice a week.
