actually i liked the part of that book dealing with the history of bodybuilding. Even if you dont agree with Nelson, the book is still very worth reading.

Guys, I find this hard to believe. I dont know if you guys were here when George's TRIPLE THREAT Protien was found to have less then 25 grams of protien (Supposed to have 65) and more sugar then a candy bar. A member on elitefitness ran the product through an independent test TWICE, from two different batches with the same results.

EliteFitness went through somewhat of an uprising.. Check the messages back then if they aren't deleted...
