Someone uploaded the book on another board. Same with all of George's books. I won't say which board or who uploaded them, but I was not impressed with any of them to be honest.

I also have read one of George's books, and I too wasnt that impressed. It's a fine book, but I think you could learn a lot more just from going to various message boards and reading. Nothing was really that novel to justify the price, but then again I am kind of cheap, and I hav pretty high standards.

Guys, I find this hard to believe. I dont know if you guys were here when George's TRIPLE THREAT Protien was found to have less then 25 grams of protien (Supposed to have 65) and more sugar then a candy bar. A member on elitefitness ran the product through an independent test TWICE, from two different batches with the same results.

EliteFitness went through somewhat of an uprising.. Check the messages back then if they aren't deleted...

You talk a lot of shit, now back it up:

show us proof!

studies, original copies etc..phone #s we can call to verify...

otherwise, I hit you with a bomb for spreading bullshit!
