Is the board slow for anyone else?

I have used both a T1 and a cable connection today and it is running very slowly for me. Sometimes it will be fine and then I try to post and it takes like 5 minutes to get to the new screen.

Not trying to complain or anything, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing these problems.
