Is SuperTest 400 ok for 1st cycle?

I am 6'0, 183lbs with 13%bf and I have been working out 5 days a week for 8 months. I gained 20 lbs during the first month when I first started working out by just taking Whey protein. I have been taking in around 3000 calories a day and maintaining this weight for 6 months now and in that is 2gr. of protein for every pound of my body weight. I would like to bulk up a little more but I would also like to cut down this little bit of belly(lovehandle fat) also. I feel like i have been at a standstill with my physique, like my muscles are not getting harder or bigger and I have been working my butt off.

2 weeks ago I started my first cycle taking:
400mg of Supertest/ a week
600mg of Deca/ a week

Since I started I have been hearing and reading alot about it would be best to drop the deca and just take the test for the first cycle, and should i take anything with it?

I also was wondering what some good advice on injecting in the biceps & triceps would be.

I would like to get to bulk up to around 190-195 and then cut really hard.

I would appreciate any good advice.

There is no need for Deca on your first cycle with Testosterone alone you can make decent gains. You should post your Tri's and bicep training in the workout forum.
 
Test alone would be a better bet for a first cycle. Thats also a shit load of deca for a first time too. Your deca should always be lower than your test. Or at the least, equal. But I would drop it for a first time.
Speaking of running deca, do you have any caber/dostinex, or bromo on hand incase you were to get deca sides? Another reason to only run test for a first time...if you get sides how will you know what the sides are from? If you were to experience gyno symptoms, how would you know what to take? You wouldnt know which AAS was causing it.
Cutting belly fat is all diet. As is gaining lean muscle. All the AAS is going to do for you is make 1000% use of the food you put in you instead of 100% use. If the right amount isnt going in then your still not going to maximize results.
If your getting 2g protien per lb of body weight, then thats good. But if you have just been maintaining weight, then you need more calories to gain more mass. If your eating a ton to gain more mass then you will not likely lose a ton of belly fat. Do yourself a favor for a first cycle, since you already started, just eat as much as you can, dont worry about body fat and gain as much as you can. If you try to lean bulk, you will not make the most of what "should" be the best cycle you will ever do.
I would hit the trainng forum too. Just because your busting your ass doesnt guarantee your doing the best routine or split that you could be to maximize your chances for success.

I wouldnt worry about injecting biceps or triceps for a first time. Just shoot glutes or delts and make it easy on yourself.
If your wanting site specific growth from bi/tri injections forget it. its a myth.

as far as bulking to 195lbs, your 6'0"??? You could easily do that with diet alone.

What are your plans for pct?
 
How many mg's of that Supertest do you suggest for me to take and if I am understanding people on this site correctly i was going to start taking an hcg called Pregnyl along with the test to prevent side effects. Please elaborate....Thanks oh and i am 38 years old it that was needed.......
 
Hey Burnthiscorpse, your saying i should be able to bulk up to 195 with diet alone???meaning???eat as much as I can no matter how many calories and just keep working out. Also, will the test help me bulk up that much more? Is 2ml a week ok, which would be 400mg twice a week (that supertest is 400mg/ml) and I planned on doing that for a 10 week cycle.....ABEAR
 
400mgs a wk is plenty for a first cycle.Inj 1/2 ml mon,then 1/2 ml thurs, for more constant levels,400 2 times a week is way too much!

Answer------Hell Yeah! Testosterone or most any steroid increases protein Synthesis,Thats why it's important to eat clean,Train until you are sore........and! i cannot stress this enough, get plenty of rest, thats when the body repairs itself!

Shit some people just don't get that using roids is not beneficial but all the opposite when someone has work out for only 8 months, you should train weights for at least 3 years with a good training regime and a really good diet too.
 
Thanks for the advice guys and oh yea the reason i have 2 threads is that the 1st thread was my first time to post and i thought it had been deleted somehow so i posted another thread and then realized it wasn't deleted......Sorry for the ignorance......Thanks again for the advice everyone.....That is cool and you know that your in the right place when you get the same infor from different people.........ABEAR
