is it possible to get gyno without juicing? ?

For some reason my gyno seems to be flaring a little and I do not understand how or why. I have been training very hard and eating pretty good with lots of protein. How is this happening?? My body fat hasn't gone up at all either. does anyone know what could be going on??
 
I got Gyno as a teenager going through puberty. I'm sure I can have if for some reason your hormones get out of wack.
 
hormones could be out of whack, or it could be due to rebound gyno from a cycle. lots of things, but yes very possible.

how bad is it?

i would grab some aromasin and letro. try the aromasin first, and then if it doesn't go away then do the letro
 
OK. I sent my blood work off thursday so hopefully i will have it back my monday or tues. It doesn't really make sense to me but maybe my blood work will suggest a different story. Its not crazy bad but it is def getting puffy like the first stages of gyno. I am really gyno prone. I am also getting my thyroid levels checked too. thanks for the help. ill post my blood results asap.
 
I have what looks like gyno sometimes but its actually fat, always goes away when i nail down my diet and cardio.

I agree with sd. When my bf goes up and I'm retaining water, my nips get a little puffy but when I kill cardio it goes away in about1-2 weeks or so.
 
OK..looks like blood and thyroid test are pretty normal except my kidney levels which would have nothing to do gyno. BUT with that said my kidney levels are high:
BUN - 29
Creatinine - 1.02
BUN/Creatinine reatio - 28

I know these levels are high but are they dangerously high?? Makes me a little nervous. I think the main reason for this is my protein intake. Is there any proteins that are less strenuous on the kidney. I'm 6"4 215 and take around 300 -350 g protein a day, mostly from whey isolate shakes (about 200g from shakes). All help is greatly appreciated!!
 
dude i only try to do 2 shakes or less per day. most bodybuilders try to get that protein from food sources only, and not from shakes. your body wastes a lot of that protein....especialy if it is only whey isolates (a good compound protein with all three major types of protein like muscle milk may be better) it has whey, egg, and casein protein which would slow down the absorbtion. because your problem is that doing a shake with over 20 or 30 G of whey is wasteful. your body will not absorb all of that in the fast amount of time whey is absorbed. spreading it out allows for better absorbtion, but seriously that is a shitload of protein shakes.....do you make 4 or 5 shakes a day? my god like that is too much.

eat some eggs for breakfast. have some meat around lunch time, and some meat around dinner. a shake after your workout, and possibly one other shake in between meals. then slowly add more food. preferably chicken or fish to keep lean. red meat later at night.
 
i am surprised you haven't had kidney stones or major gastrointestinal issues with that much whey dude....you are lucky you have caught this before those health issues caught up to you.
i don't know how bad those levels are, but you need to chill on the shakes.

another thing, i always hold way more water and don't feel as solid when i do more shakes than food. you need more food protein, than shakes. this could be why you have gyno.
it is the weirdest thing, but i just notice more water retention and a way larger bloated feeling after shakes that have too much protein when i don't need it. one of my favorite complex shakes is:
pro complex from optimum nutrition ( a litle more pricey tho)
