dude i only try to do 2 shakes or less per day. most bodybuilders try to get that protein from food sources only, and not from shakes. your body wastes a lot of that protein....especialy if it is only whey isolates (a good compound protein with all three major types of protein like muscle milk may be better) it has whey, egg, and casein protein which would slow down the absorbtion. because your problem is that doing a shake with over 20 or 30 G of whey is wasteful. your body will not absorb all of that in the fast amount of time whey is absorbed. spreading it out allows for better absorbtion, but seriously that is a shitload of protein shakes.....do you make 4 or 5 shakes a day? my god like that is too much.
eat some eggs for breakfast. have some meat around lunch time, and some meat around dinner. a shake after your workout, and possibly one other shake in between meals. then slowly add more food. preferably chicken or fish to keep lean. red meat later at night.
