Is it good to run when you have sore legs from a workout?

light leg use the day after lifting can speed recovery. I wouldn't sprint, plyo or stadium on really sore legs though.

And careful running right after a legs workout. Your quads are your legs primary shock absorbers, so exhausted quads = knees absorb more shock

yeah, definitely do not ever sprint the day after a leg workout.
