Interesting tidbit about my boss

So it seems that the local newspaper decides to publish a list of county/local registered sex offenders so people will know what house/street to avoid in Halloween, anywho I see the list (which includes name, height, birth date, address and PICTURE) I browse through some pictures just for the hell of it and then decide to disregard pictures since I barely know people here anyway, and go straight to the city I live in... well there smack in the middle BAM I see my boss picture, his picture, name, address and date of birth match so it's definitely him, his charges read:

EX BATT/COERCE CHILD BY ADULT; F.S. 794.011(2)(b) (PRINCIPAL)
SEX BATT/SOLICIATION OF CHILD; F.S. 794.011(2)(a) (PRINCIPAL)

Sometimes he's really thoughtful and sometimes he's a bit creepy, no more than anyone else though he was seems this was in 97 when he was 33 so he wasnt too young or too old...

Im sure they must know here because they do background checks and he is properly registered.... it's still kinda weird, I know he's married and I dont feel threatened by him (maybe cuz I'm not a kid ) but yeah it's weird...

Sometimes people get fucked over into being registered sex offenders if they had sex with like a teenage girlfriend while adult but he was 33 so this is quite strange.... only less awful explanation is cruising for hookers, got a minor without knowing and got busted ....
