I teach evening classes tonight until 9pm. Had a horrible weekend, can't sleep, been up since 2am, this week is only going to get worse. Screw me robs.

Monday is deadlift day and no matter how crappy life can get, it is all better after 4 sets of 12 reps.
I woke up over 2.5 hours early b/c of goddamn nasal allergies. I'd sprayed my pillows with that allegen reducer Frebreeze and went to sleep fine. Woke up asscrack early with my face under the pillows right on the fitted sheet with my allergies blowing up. Fucking dust mites on the sheet.

I attend a meeting this afternoon. The UNC college system is facing 15% budget cuts. 120 professors are being canned at my university. I'm the new guy. Guess who is getting canned? lol
I've wanted a good reason to get out of academia. Time to look for real jobs. This is actually a blessing in disguise.

I think you had mentioned you were gonna stop early next year and file divorce afterwards so it wont be that much of a difference I hope, also maybe you're a noob better and more responsible than others hence you are an asset and they are disposable.

I actually do 6 sets.
First one with just the bar to practice for form and warm up x 10-20 reps depending on how I feel. Form is so damn important.
135 is my next warm up set x 12-15.
Current work sets from Monday:
185 x 12
225 x 12
275 x 12
315 x 12
I got a hernia way back in 2006 (I posted the pics here for my second surgery - it was hell) and I think I got it from doing 390 on deadlifts. I refuse to go higher than 315 at this point. My back doesn't hurt right now too which is nice (deca!) I think right now my goal is to do 4 sets of 20. Actually, my goal is to stay injury free at my age! lol
I do 50 rep deadlifts on Friday for my cross-fit routine and those are sooo painful but oh so nice. My chest totally cramped up on me doing 50 rep bench's last Friday. Good times.
Don't ask for my bench routine, it is pathetic...(same with squats, I don't go insanely heavy since the hernia).
One thing I have learned it is now how much you lift, it is how you lift it.
It is also amazing the difference you get between doing 6-8 reps and 12-15. I love this shit.

This is actually great timing. My wife and I haven't talked in three days. I called her yesterday to tell her the news (I got a preliminary phone call Friday so she knew something was going to happen) and she didn't even call me back and I got the silent treatment when I got home. How is that for emotional support? lol
I am scheduling an appointment today with the counselor we had for one last meeting just to get some issues out of me (I need it for closure) and I think I am going to move out once the semester winds down. Life is going to be so much better.
I changed my profile on Facebook today to single. She blocked me yesterday. lol How childish. We have been married for 14 years.
No way this shit is true, ive never heard of such assinine behavior even from a woman.

lol I have no issue complaining about this shit in public on this forum. 99.9% of the peeps here are cool bros and broettes and you all take it with stride, make me laugh, and sometimes (rarely fvckers lol) post good feedback on how to deal with the situation.
Just to bitch some more, I really, really wanted to get laid before my vasectomy Thursday. Wouldn't a real woman recognize that she isn't going to get cock for 3 weeks and rape her man to get some before he is out of commission? I'd love to hear some feedback from the women on this issue.

And on a positive note my boss called me in today and told me they are scheming up a plan to move me to the accounting/legal department because they have a tenure position there that has been open for ages and they cannot fill it. So they are going to take a finance dude, me, and fill it. I lucked out I guess because I have a JD and that is a terminal degree for the accounting position, a PhD in finance wouldn't cut it (and I don't have a PhD in accounting - because bean counters suck anyway). People always think I am crazy for having all of these degrees but in situations like this I guess it is a golden parachute.
My pay is going to get cut though. By how much I do not know.
And I dropped a CV with BB&T today. They were on campus recruiting and I walked up and asked if they would hire me haha, students were laughing, I was not joking lol The HQ is in Winston Salem so I wouldn't have to move that far. And I flirted with the lady. Not my type but she might take it up the poop-chute and I haven't done that in ages. You really have to find that silver lining, even if they have bad teeth.

No, my brother had it done and I was a tad jealous. Shit looked good so I had to have my own. No long term maintenance, you don't treat them any different from your normal teeth. It's nice because they don't change in color or yellow like regular pleb teeth. I don't know what "cacking" is, but I paid in cash.

We have counseling November 29th. I told her this morning I scheduled it. I am going to get it all out then. I am actively looking for apartments as I type.
