planning on doing sust250 twice a week (500mg/wk total). One on Sunday, and the other on Thursday. Can I shoot the Sunday shot in my left quad and the Thursday shot in my right thigh, and repeat throughout the 10 wks?

Is one week enough time to inject in the same spot again?

1cc in each quad with a week apart is plenty of time. I could see if you were shooting multiple cc's in each quad then you might want to give it a little more time, but you will be fine.
