Injecting

Just wanted to find out from other right handers, how do you go about injecting your left glute? I am currently using bi's , delts and glute (glute for test) bis and delts for winsrol. I no longer use my quads so am needing to figure out a way to reach the left glute?

being right handed as well i just use left hand when shooting left glute.for some reason the biceps don't get very sore with v as do the glutes,quads,and delts.

Being a lefty I use my right hand when doing my right glute. It's a little awkard the first few times especially aspirating but it gets easier the more you do.

i am a dominant lefty. so much so when i cut my steak with my knife in my left hand i put down the knife and switch the fork to my left to eat it....lol.

even then i still have no problem injecting with either hand.

I use a left handed jab, sink it, aspirate, and plunge. Its gets easier, I had trouble at first. Im as flexiable as concrete block.

Left hand, looking in a mirror over my left shoulder.. Grab the pin with your Index/Thumb and use your Pinky to keep your hand steady while your pierce the skin.. keep it straight, sink it, aspirate, dump it..

Learn how to inject in your hips (ventrogluteal). It's easy and you don't have to reach.

Injecting doesn't require a great deal of dexterity. What's the problem?
